Debbie Foster

Debbie Foster has been working inside law firms for nearly thirty years—long enough that she was doing this work before most of the technology she now helps firms implement actually existed. She is also one of Affinity’s founders.

As CEO, she is one of the legal industry’s most recognized voices on leadership, innovation, and the business of running a firm. She advises firms navigating AI and fee structure change, facilitates strategic retreats, and has a well-documented talent for building trust with even the most challenging rooms.

She has contributed to the ALA, ILTA, and the ABA’s Law Practice Division, and twice chaired ABA TECHSHOW. She hosted Powerful Leaders, No Apologies and speaks regularly at national conferences. She has three grandchildren she adores with great enthusiasm.
