Stephanie Everett started her career practicing law—and built a managing partner role from there, growing her firm from two lawyers to a team of twenty in under seven years. Then she sold it and started helping other law firm leaders build the same kind of clarity she’d earned the hard way.

As Chief Growth Officer at Affinity and the driving force behind Lawyerist, she has spent the past decade helping law firms navigate AI adoption, business model change, and leadership development—and has a clear point of view on what it takes to build a firm worth running.

She hosts The Lawyerist Podcast, co-authored The Small Firm Roadmap Revisited, and has been recognized on the ABA’s Women of Legal Tech list and the Fastcase 50. She lives in Metro Atlanta, holds strong opinions about soccer and Texas Hold’em, and travels—preferably without an RV.
